Should the "Raids Rewards" be reviewed ?

Hopefully every guild member gets random bonus gear required for progressing for successfully completing the raid and the top people get the gear rewards listed. Something... Anything that'll make it less about fighting within guild and more about working together against other guild's. I do like the daily guild activities though, that's guild friendly competition.
