we already have Shien Form
Shien Form: Whenever this unit evades, or attacks out of turn, Commander Ahsoka Tano's Force Leap cooldown is reduced by 1 and damage is increased by 50% (stacking) until the next time it is used
this idea sounds cool ig but other than that, I don't like Niman, it is supposed to be the balanced one, not too strong but not too weak, so imo it should be +5% all stats (Health, Protection, Speed, Potency, Tenacity, Offense, Defense, Defense Penetration, Critical Damage, Critical Chance, Critical Avoidance, Accuracy, Evasion, Health Steal)
