Shut this game down

Of all the things to complain about this game, I have yet to encounter any game glitchy skippy when there was not a legitimate DDOS attack on US servers (remember that attack a few months back that took Amazon down, too) or a poor internet connection because AT&T or Verizon.  Also amazing is how every word about collecting characters and they are useless in a couple months is wrong.  I find great use in slapping Barriss Offee (jedi blue robe) on a Master Kenobi GL team with old Mace and CAT, and that team does pretty well for two VERY OLD characters on it.  What exactly is the game very bad at other than customer service or providing basic information about the game?
