It is correct. I started farming Anakin's ship the day the requirements for General Skywalker were announced, I refreshed the node once a day until about 2 weeks ago where I started refreshing the node twice a day. I started with 2 shards of the ship on October 7th, I now have a total of 279 shards (today is the first time in memory I've gotten 5 shards in 1 day, from 15 attempts). That was 144 days ago. By the 30% drop rate, at 10 spins a day, (so 3 a day out of those 10 spins) it should have taken 110 days to get 330 shards.
I'm still not there and I have never missed a day on this farm because I was getting such low results (it took me till the end of october to even unlock the ship), that even when I took breaks from farming 3 ship hard nodes a day, I kept farming the Anakin ship node while taking a pause on B1 and Shaak Ti nodes to get gear for the padme team. I finished Shaak Ti about 2 weeks ago and finished B1 yesterday. No breaks on Anakin's ship, and weeks of breaks on the other 2 farms.
279/144 days = 1.9 shards a day on average, if I'd kept doing only 1 refresh a day that entire time my drop rate would be 19%. It's actually worse because for some time I've been doing 15 rolls a day instead of 10.
Consdering I've never completed the farm for an event on time no matter how hard I've tried (took me 2 repeats of Chewbacca to get him 7*, I was level 80 the first time the thrawn event came around so I needed 2 repeats of that too.. 2 repeats of farming specifically for the Millennium Falcon to 7* that, the only time I ever successfully was able to get all characters to 7* for a legendary the first time I tried for it, was Padme), I've always missed the mark by a relatively small amount (and finished what I needed within a week or two of the event ending, which just makes it more frustrating) I'm just pretty unlucky.
