Signal data drop rates

The new drop rates on signal data, particularly flawed, are horrendous. I've done a few refreshes, so about 18 battles on the new 29 energy tiers and got 4 flawed signal data in total!!! And there has been no omicrons or zetas with it. This is significantly worse than before. Absolute trash!
