Simple Request for CG

Could you please make ship ability materials farmable literally anywhere else other than just the challenges?  Technically they are farmable in fleet battles but the drop rate is so low it's not worth considering.  I've tracking this week (5 days) and with one refresh daily I've received exactly 1 purple ship ability mat (outside of the challenges)...3 total over the last 14-15 days (though not refreshing as consistently).

I know this doesn't apply/concern those who have been playing the game for a while.  But we all know ship farming is still a painful grind and has received little to no attention from all the latest QOL upgrades.
