These STR threads are full of ppl claiming its 0s for them including guild officers and also ppl stating they send teams on auto. Same ppl then complain it takes too long, it isn't fun and blablabla.

Make people contribute so your top 3 do not do the same damage as your bottom 25 combined and then you can even have free days between the lower tier raids. If you do not have the guts or the heart to remove dead weight from your guild then you should accept you do not get as much rewards as you could. You should not expect the rewards to change so they offset the fact that half of your guild is in socialism mode. (crying for flattened rewards)

maybe that´s a problem for some guilds, but not for all who are running T1-T6

if you have invested over the last 2-3 years in the wrong toons, you have a strong rooster but you are on the bottom of the sithraid (or you are a new player, i think mostly 1/3 our guild is new)... my jedis are capable of making 200k, droids400k, bountyhunter 400k, my rebels hit for about 500k-1m, my trooper (they are able to fetch ipd-shards) getting 200-900k, first order 400k-1m, and so on!

if i hadn´t zader 2m-3,6m, my nightsister 1m-2m, and at least my jawas for p1: 1,6m i would also be bottom of sothraid until the next jtr event arrives^^

and even if they could make more dmg but don´t want to because it´s wasting time for the rewards now and before... why on earth should a guild leader kick someone out of the guild who is making his part in the guild in tb and tw but only don´t want to waste his time on T1-T6 sithraid?
we have a rule in our guild, that 0 is not allowed in STR, everyone who want rewards they must help the others to finish it as soon as possible... but we wouldn´t kick him if he don´t participate on the "wasting time raid"
