I don’t care about their reasoning, because it’s bad reasoning. If they had good reasoning then they wouldn’t need this. They even state “other tiers affected by the change” and then they say “lvl 85” it’s not the same thing. Give it to every guild who did tier 4 and up, this would make sense.
