Sith are NOT unstoppable. Many people are finishing in the top 10 of Arena using Rex or QGJ led teams in shards full of zMauls.
Half the top 10 on my Arena shard are NOT zMaul led teams.
Also, it looks like Rogue One teams can take out zMaul teams, too. I am probably going to start working developing my Rogue One team right after I finish gearing Ezra to throw into my Jedi Arena team.
