The main problem is
2. Dodge is annoying
3. Dodge with stealth is even more annoying.
1.This sad meta happens at the point in time of the GK barrier, gear 11 grind, zeta grind, and "here is 3 stars worth of hope; you can buy the rest in shipments" mechanic. The grind is too big to give a duck, anymore.
Zaul is the most expedient path for most people. And more people use zaul, the more gk and rex reigns supreme. Even the guys on my shard doing well with zaul hate zaul. And the rest of the zaul are top 20 or 50 material at best.
