Let me guess, you're in the top 50, and complaining because you can't take top 20 or higher? Let me just say this, no character is good enough in their own to take top 20 (on most servers I imagine). It's all about the mods. Whoever has the best speed secondaries will win. So either complain about speed, which is the real meta, or just play casually.
