We are a 105M GP guild.
We do a 2x T5 then 2x T4 schedule for the sith raid.
The 5 teams i use are:
RJT / NS / Deathmark team (could be imperial troopers or with CLS) / Empire / Wiggs rebels.
Motivating factor: 5/47 people in my guild take it seriously, and they have some sort of competition to who ranks 1st, they get in the 25M to 40M range and its always fun to compete with ur guildmates
Demotivating factor: The rewards at the end are not worth the 4-5 days it takes us to go through T5 (sure not everyone is participating though). So i started autoing and can still manage to comfortably get R2 with purely autoing my 5 teams daily. So im doing that now :/
The like and dislike are kinda integrated in the motivating and demotivating factors.
