Initially, the struggle to get the % was a huge one. For example, in P3, we use 20 Chex Mex teams during our first attempt and I spent 3 hours trying to hit 5%.
I believe that if the guild, as a whole, understands the raid mechanics, Heroic will not be a problem. Knowledge of how and why, for example, you have to spam foresight in P1 for your JTRey team will make a difference between calling in a few additional JTRey teams that could be saved for P4.
That said, trust your guild members and guild leader + officers to execute a tactical plan. I trusted mine in 789th Legion.
