What tier or tiers did you play? Heroic Sith Raid
What GP is your Guild that is attempting the raid? 135 million GPs
What teams you did you attempt the raid with? Several kind of teams, the usual ones (JTR teams in P1, Sith and Rebels in P2, Chex Mix in P3, Nightsisters in P4 then the rest of the remaining teams to finish P4)
What part of the raid motivated or demotivated you to continue trying?
Only part that motivates me is the perspective of getting the rewards (and the Traya shards as I really want to play with her).
What demotivates me? The gameplay that is really RNG-based, the tenacity of bosses and sometimes of the side toons which is crazy!
Also - but I guess that is my lack of luck - the fact that for the last few Sith Heroic Raid we made I got no full Post G12 piece while finishing top30 (or better) and that after asking several mates, it seems I'm an outlier for not getting a full G12 piece for several times. But I have faith it will balance out in the future...
For me and many of my guildmate, this raid feels like a compulsory non-enjoyable things to do. Compulsory because not doing it would mean passing on very useful rewards and Traya shards, while not participating in a guild event.
The higher difficulty is not the issue (it encourages to work on toons we may have not already worked on, to use new toons, to discover new mechanics). The main issue is how RNG based is this raid! The same team with the same strategy can do X damages one time and multiple times X damages the other time... meaning a need for a lot of retry if we want to get relevant scores and if we want the guild to finish the raid at the end
