Demotivated: Rewards. To put it bluntly they are insulting. Game play 101 - rewards are supposed to scale with difficulty. Higher difficulty = better rewards

It's the never ending raid from hell. We've finally just stopped doing them w/o a day or two break in between. It's mostly pointless, the time required is high, participation is low, and rewards add insult to injury for the time commitment.

Dislike: Rewards. They are bad, bad, bad, and the "flattening" of them that was attempted made it even worse. I need 4-6 G12 teams, the rewards here are not getting me there.
Dislike: Time - as a corollary to rewards - if they were in line with the time required it wouldn't be so bad, but it feels like I get *better* rewards simming the daily challenges over the run time of an STR than I get from a completed STR. Its just sad.
You just took the words right out of my mouth and make it thousand times more articulate with great eloquence. Bravo!!
