Just stepped up to tier 4, 3 days now
Motivation, at this point nothing really, some guild currency and the hope for some stun guns really doesn't drive anything..

Demotivates us; lack luster rewards, challenge gear for the amount of time involved and the fact that as of today (maybe future characters will change it) there's really only 4 or 5 teams that have viability to put up the numbers needed to beat it.
