I think a possible misconception here is that the CM spends his/her day focused on the forums. CM's profile reveals Developer title. Now this could simply be semantics, but it could imply he/she has duties other than the forums and must divide the time spent here. Coupled with any comments no doubt must be approved. We helped cause the disconnect, now we have to deal with it.
