Indeed. More units, particularly non-capital ships would really benefit the game. It might not be everyone else’s cup of tea, but I’d love to see more units from the Legends (the old EU). There are so many with great stories in the (now non-canon) lore. Crix Madine, Talon Karrde, Joruus C’Baoth, Corran Horn, Ysanne Isard to name but a few. Maybe even the ssi-ruuk as a whole new faction.
