Skip turn button in battles

Why don't they add a skip turn button during battles ? Example: i had one toon dead in GW battle. I just wanted to wait for revive cooldown of ewok elder to be ready. Problem the ennemy had only on...

So i wanted to skip turn. Because if i shot with FOTP then i win the battle and then i would not be able to revive my dead toon :s

They don't have it exactly because of how you want to use it. It would make GW far too easy.
