I could have 1000% sworn i got double red box leading up to this conquest but i am missing 5 shards so including the 20 bonus it means i got paid gold box once. But i could have swornnn i got double red. Is there a way to look up my last 2 boxes and keycard count?
Red box alone doesn't guarantee unlock. Red box is 90 shards. There are 20 shards in sectors 2-5. 20 shards on the battlepass. We got 20 bonus shards.
If you don't buy the battlepass and skipped some of the shards in sectors 2-5, you could very well be short of day 1 unlock.

i will end at 325 which means if we delete the 20 bonus i am missing the exact 25 from a gold box.
but yeah i absolutely know i hit red twice so if someone working at cg has any way of looking into if i may had a wrong payout it would be great
If you're exactly 25 short, it does sound like you may have got a gold box instead of red.
1) You only got gold box when you thought you had the points for red
2) You got the wrong payout
CG is on vacation. Send a ticket. I can't tell you if your issue might be resolved in time for day 1 unlock.
If you provide your ally code, they can check your account.
But, from what I've observed, usually in cases of wrong crate award, it says the smaller number of keycards in their logs. So you would need a date-stamped screenshot of your red crate to prove otherwise.
Additionally, given the timing of this, you should be prepared to make a decision:
A) Wait a month for unlock;
B) Buy a Conquest pass
