What about a skip a turn option for characters. Its irritating when youre in GW and Ig88 died so your waiting on Engineer to revive but its Ig86's turn and theres only one enemy left with 5% hp left. ...

The point is, where you really need to refresh cooldowns where it doesn't matter, like a lightside battle before the boss, or Gw where you need the healer before the next encounter. You're probably not going to be skipping turns in Arena. That would be stupid. But hey, lots of variables out there.
