Slight GA Tweak

The developers have said there are two types of players (mostly). Those that develop their roster for TB (collect). Those that develop their roster for TW (gear). GA favors TW rosters. Someone with the same GP as me but far less G12 characters stands no chance. Before TW leveling and gearing “useless” characters helped your guild further in TB and now it hurts you personally. Not sure if it’s possible but match making should consider this.
