SLKR resource bug please help!

This is probably the 5th time I’ve reached out for help and have not had any progress with this bug or correcting this mistake. I played the final tier of the SLKR mission to unlock his ultimate but upon completion the game crashed and left me with 9/10 galactic ascension resources and the quest was locked with no way for my to get the last resource. Can the last resource just be sent to me in my inbox since I now have no way of getting it? I reached out via the in game help option with no luck nothing happened. My ally code is 683-969-625. Please fix this so I can get all the resources to unlock his ultimate!
