SLKR ultimate loop

No it should do what its doimg. Its mechanic is to be built based on the attacks that do physical or special damage and its more if they crit.

You should do everything in your power to mod for crit avoidance. If you dont, ren will walk on you. Thats how he is designed.

Kill his team faster and he builds it slower.

Dont kill his team and you are done for.

Kylo teams are typically made up of aoe crit dealers or turn meter swap characters or both. Throw in a taunter like kru and you have a solid team.

But its not unbeatable and it doesnt always beat glrey. Timing is ecerything in kylo vs rey fights from the kylo side.

Rey teams are designed to force kylo in directions that dont help him build the ultimate faster. And its all about having at least 1 charge to use when rey does her ultimate..... which can be a challenge if your kylo is faster than opponents rey.

As an SLKR owner, this is what the AI does every time against my team. It’s very successful. If I don’t time my ultimate(s) properly, I lose to Rey.

It’s not hard to “time” SLKR ultimates properly. She takes 2-3 turns between ultimates. Just activate SLKR’s ultimate after Rey, she uses hers, then use yours.

Rey, in the other hand, has a brief window to damage SLKR... if he even comes out of his ultimate, which he doesn’t do half the time.

What are you using for your team? If you’re using all resistance, it’s really on you for not doing better against SLKR.

Jedi are tough to kill, and I rarely get more than 1 down before Rey starts her ultimate. With jkr’s savior, GK’s crit immunity, and Hoda’s foresight, you should be able to do 2 whirlwinds before either play starts an ultimate. Almost every match ends 1 on 1 with the GLs.

You should spend more time trying different teams instead of demanding Rey buffs on the forums.

Lol you seem to be forgetting that SLKR was really bad against the Jedi Rey team prior to the changes. I did level toons that weren’t FO and spend lots of crystals to get a team that could at least win consistently against Rey (still couldn’t hold on D). Maybe you should try to stop forcing that resistance team to work. It would save you time on the forums.

So don't expect Resistance and Rey to be on par with Kylo? Imagine if your Kylo team was reliably countered by a CLS team for 60 banners. Or by a GS team that just needed echo swapped out for thrawn.

Imagine that in order to make Kylo harder to counter you had to deploy GG, GBA, and DR with Kylo.
Sure, for arena no big deal. But for GAC you had to choose between Kylo being reliably countered, or breaking up 3 other major meta teams.

All we want is for Rey to be on par with Kylo. At least in PvP. Ideally it would be nice if she could also solo HSTR.

KYLO and Rey were on par when first released. Kylo has been patched 3 times to block counters to him. Now buff rey so she's immune to DOT and fracture.

I dont really think they were on par.

Rey was not being beat by a 2 man team. Rey also didnt have crippling weaknesses to the previous meta.

Rey (no ultimate)was rocking the previous meta and Kylo with random toons, while Kylo (no ultimate) was having trouble winning in arena at all.

They were far from equal at first rollout. Rey owners were fine with that level of equality, I understand that, and I am in no way saying they are fully equal now, but they are closer to on par now than they were at first roll out.

Not even remotely close to an "infinite loop". That's like saying Vader has an "infinite loop" because he takes 7-8 turns in a row with Merciless Massacre.

Reading his kit i see crit damage goes way up but not crit chance. I see if an ally loses advantage before critting he gains it back... but i dont see always crits.
I also see it as a nice way to stop crits from happening to my team, which slows down kylo v kylo matches

The advantage buff is what he is referring to. An attack with the Advantage will crit over any modded avoidance.

The advantage buff is what he is referring to. An attack with the Advantage will crit over any modded avoidance.

Then why does it have the statrment that if you fail to crit regain advantage?
