So about the AI not having an advantage on defense

"We have already flagged this as a bug and you are correct, it is working for the fleet on defense, but not for the attacking fleet."

Even though this is a bug make me curious of intentional AI advantages for defense that has been said don't exist.

Add this to the other bugs with this ship and it makes for possibly one of the worst released units ever
