I think all of the Jawas should be changed to Neutral as they're neither good or evil, like Hondo they just deal with whoever. The only Jawas that shouldn't be neutral were they ever to be added are Wittin as Dark Side and Akial as Light Side.
There are a bunch of toons that should be changed to neutral, but they haven't been. Jawas, Tuskens, Wampa, Ewoks, most of the bounty hunters should technically be neutral, Ugnaught, Visas, and probably a couple droids too.
I disagree with Visas being Neutral. She very much sided with the light, and her motivations are very anti-dark side. Bounty Hunters as a faction could be considered neutral, but the individuals? No. Tuskens also make sense as dark side cause of their selfish ways and constant murder/torture of Tatooine's inhabitants. Just cause it's their planet originally, doesn't mean it's right or just. Wampa I agree with, Ewoks I can see the argument for since they only aligned with the rebels out of fear/respect. Jawas make sense as neutral. And I guess Ugnaught too. Droids have their own programmed personalities and motivations, so Idk who if any would be neutral. Most seem pretty accurate, and they aren't just mindless drones.
Good analysis. I largely agree. One thing I'm wondering about is that you say that BH as individuals should not be neutral. That doesn't seem right to me. I mean, I think it would vary and many BH would not be neutral, but the way you've written it makes it seem like you think there would never be a neutral BH, and I don't think that's correct. Personally I like BF:SOJ as neutral; IG-88 as well. BH Ventress (if they ever add her to the game) is debatable, but you could make her neutral to show her break from her old ways. She didn't seem the same as a BH or when she was working with Ahsoka.
Anyway, I think it's an interesting discussion, and I've been arguing for years that Jawas are NOT light side. They kidnap sentient beings, attach mind control devices, and then sell them as slaves to whomever -- good folk like Lars or bad folk like Jabba. They don't care. Frankly I can see them as dark side far easier than light side, but neutral probably works best.
