Good analysis. I largely agree. One thing I'm wondering about is that you say that BH as individuals should not be neutral. That doesn't seem right to me. I mean, I think it would vary and many BH would not be neutral, but the way you've written it makes it seem like you think there would never be a neutral BH, and I don't think that's correct. Personally I like BF:SOJ as neutral; IG-88 as well. BH Ventress (if they ever add her to the game) is debatable, but you could make her neutral to show her break from her old ways. She didn't seem the same as a BH or when she was working with Ahsoka.
Anyway, I think it's an interesting discussion, and I've been arguing for years that Jawas are NOT light side. They kidnap sentient beings, attach mind control devices, and then sell them as slaves to whomever -- good folk like Lars or bad folk like Jabba. They don't care. Frankly I can see them as dark side far easier than light side, but neutral probably works best.
Let me reword it then, the DS/LS alignments (for the most part) seem very fitting of the characters within the BH faction. I do agree BFSOJ fits as neutral. Not sure IG-88 fits personally, I'm pretty sure he had HK-47's thing for eliminating meatbags, but I could be wrong. For Ventress from BB, I'd argue she might've been more mercenary than BH. Neutral under those parameters for Jawas seems fine to me. Although in universe I don't think most see Droids as sentient beings.

Thanks for your clarification. And I was thinking more of Ventress from the end of TCW where she collaborates with Ahsoka in the Coruscant underworld when AT is being framed and that train heist episode. Ventress the Mercenary is also a possibility for a neutral character, I agree.
