1) Because not every toon with a zeta "should" be valuable in every single phase of the game.

2) Because the OP makes 1-2 threads every single day complaining about something new, and 99% of the time it's not something that needs to be fixed.
That's not fair at all. Most of the time he's not complaining about something new, it's the same thing he was complaining about the day before.
