Why not both empire and rebel? We needed 5 toons to unlock commander like and let's be real, two of those were super easy farm in Leia and STH, and r2d2 not very hard either for a long time player like many on the forums. Also, everyone that has a functioning brain knew we needed luke. So really, the event wasn't overly ridiculous.
With all this being said, I feel like the road to unlock Jedi luke is going to be much more difficult, we might need 7,8 toons instead of just 5. Ugnaught, hermit Yoda, raid Han, hoth Han, rebel officer leia, Commander luke, Lando, anyways lots of bases to cover just from LS standpoint
