Speed bonus on mods need to be reworked, or why Rey and Leia will become useless

I will try to make my point by using a fairly simple example to illustrate why speeds mods should be reworked. Note in passing, I have only 2 resistance toons so I would not profit from this. Speed...

I don't use Leia anymore but mine hits 7-8k a pop without any mods so I think you should gear her up entirely before saying she is weak. And with omega on rebel tactics on offence she will be last girl standing even if you have Fives (that is unless you face b2 or an AoE squad)
