Not sure if you understand the mods mate. The only mod you can have speed as primary is the arrow. If you were really lucky, you might have 8 as a secondary on all 6 but to get this you'd have to have a gold mod with speed secondary to start ( for each position). Also if you have 4 speed mods, there's another 10% overall.
So total is something like 164+16+26+48=254 for Rey and 119+12+26+48=205 for aayla.
Bear in mind that the combination to get the above is nigh on impossible, especially with the current mod drops. Even so, I'd still rather a 254 speed Rey. Actually I'd probably speed up JE for a droid team....
