Speed bonus on mods need to be reworked, or why Rey and Leia will become useless

I will try to make my point by using a fairly simple example to illustrate why speeds mods should be reworked. Note in passing, I have only 2 resistance toons so I would not profit from this. Speed...

Not sure if the 26 OP stated are really possible but a guild mate just posted a pic of +16 as secondary yesterday so you're numbers might be a little pessimistic
