Speed bonus on mods need to be reworked, or why Rey and Leia will become useless

I'm not a math expert or anything but I can't see how an extra 5% on Rey her speed (let's say 200 base so 210 with 5%) vs 5% on Aayla her speed makes Aayla better all of the sudden (150 base Aayla i.e. so 157,5 for Aayla).

I always learned in school that with percentages; the higher the base stat multiplied by the percentage, the higher the number. So not sure what OP is smoking or using but I want that also!
Ohw and if your stuck in these turns set by tiers (something we thought 6 months ago), you are wrong.
