Spent crystals to get Mara jade skywalker, and got nothing

I bought the Mara Jade 5990 Crystal pack, some reason as I purchased it. It gave me my shards but then It said I could level up Mara jade to level 85. I went to click on it laughing, as I did as I clicked on it to try to level her to 85. It had me re-launch the game as it relaunched the game. The game did not give me the shards that I bought , apparently my 5990 purchase didn’t go through, and took my shards! It’s always a new problem.
