Move some of those speed mods from Lando to Biggs.
Lando gains plenty of TM from his AOE crits and making sure Biggs goes first is crucial.
Also, Wedge lead is superior to Lando lead AFTER the first turn.
When Biggs moves it's essentially 3 garuanteed crits which means TM gains for all Rebels.
If the opposing team is using Wedge that means that his slower toons will be moving faster than yours as long as his Biggs moves first.
