This seems super unlikely. The unfair match complaints are coming almost exclusively from lower leagues because they're getting matched against much bigger accounts that let themselves drop. If it's easier to climb then those smaller accounts are likely to eventually just move past those large, inactive accounts and meet accounts that more closely resemble their own.
