ST Han post update

I have him currently and I find him to be super useful. I have phasma lead, han, daka, lumi, and GS. He is extremely useful in the arena this way. He will eventually die in the battle but not after my toons are already 2 moves ahead of the other team. Just recently leveled up his basic attack and he surprisingly hits pretty hard (4.5k crit, good for a tank)

A lot of people say you can't have him without another tank but I'm doing Fairly well without one and if daka lands just a couple stuns the battle is an absolute breeze. Not to mention the defense with him and daka is very good because it forces the opposing player to make a decision on who to take out first (daka or han).

Han is good, but Daka basically is the "tank" people are talking about in this situation

I got ST Han to 6* and then switched to Savage. I think both have a chance to be good, but it's speculation. I'm trying to cover myself by getting as many characters as possible close to usefulness. Then if one of them becomes the new "it" character, it won't take long to get them arena/GW ready.

How are you all playing him? I use QGJ (L) doku, lumi, kylo, and sid. I have ST han fully maxed, I also have Rey 5*, RG 4*, poggle 7*, phasma 7* Ashoka 7* and Yoda 6* all pretty much geared. I just do not know how to set up a good defense team to keep from dropping overnight. Any suggestions?

The key to Han is he needs to appear to be the least threatening toon in the squad so he doesn't get taken out early. If you run him with Rey, Gs, maybe QGJ then it increases his chance of getting his taunt off. I run him with Dooku lead, Daka, QGJ, and Gs. I don't usually drop out of the top 20 over night. I usually use 2-3 matches around noon to get in the Top 5. Then I do a refresh near payout to make a run at 1-3. I try to leave myself a couple matches so after the Pacific peeps make their runs I can put my team back as high as I can before bed.

Ya, I just don't think I have enough fast/dangerous toons to keep him from being taken out. My FOTP is only 4*, my rey is only 5* and I don't have GS. I have hit rank #1 and usually into the top 15 each day, but lately there are way too many reys, fotp and daka's (another toon I don't have) to keep me from holding on, or looking threatening.
