Right, I would have thought since TM is tied to the taunt effect ally gains would be prevented by blocking the buff. It seems trying to pre-block the taunt makes the TM effect stronger since it lasts the full duration and cannot be dispelled.
I'll just prioritize other characters and dispel STH as normal until it's confirmed WAI or addressed. Thanks for the feedback.
