Stacking Offense and Territory Battles
Some of these later phases and waves look as if they could go on for a few rounds. Pardon any ignorance if this is "common" knowledge, but how does stacking offense for characters such as Ezra and Zet...

Really you have to look at each characters mechanics.
Each wave of battles or raid phase are currently considered an encounter.
If you look at lando his double damage doesn't have an expires.
Farmboy Luke zeta shows it expires at end of encounter.
Another way to tell the start of an encounter is if effects like pretaunt or cassian buffs.
How to tell is an encounter end is noticing when characters have buffs at the end of the round.
So looks like
lando will keep double damage across encounters/waves
Ezra will keep offense across encounters/waves
Farm boy Luke will not keep CD across encounters/waves.
It was mentioned earlier that all 6 waves are 1 encounter
