Star forge showdown still messed up

So I only had completed the dark side of the showdown a few months ago. When it reappeared I beat the light side along with the dark side. I didnt realize it was glitched til it gave me shards. I did...

Started with 75 shards from DS. Got 75 extra from DS. Rolled back from 150 to 0. Received a form letter from customer service saying everything would be remedied automatically. Sent ally codes to @CG_SBCrumb per his request and never got a reply after that.

Have defeated LS now. Current status, stuck at 75 with no way to unlock. Evidence below (video duration less than 30 sec).
