I don’t mention gold mods because it does not appear they are going to change at all under the new system. They are always worth leveling to 12 if they have speed and still will be (with rare exception, like they start with 3 secondary speed and don’t improve speed at lvl 3, 6 or 9. Probably not worth the last three levels in that case).
