Did the math for blue mods.
Average credit investment: 30 million (Assuming you don’t chase blue mods that don’t start with speed. Leveling every blue mod to 6 to see if it shows speed will cost extra).
Average number of five-pip blue mods with secondary speed you will have to farm: 256.
Average slicing mats necessary: Enough to slice 20 mods (16 once, 4 a second time).
That would be to acquire, level and slice one blue mod to four speed improvements.
