Except you have to PAY to see all four stats via leveling each mod. If you pay to level each green mod to 9 so you can see all of its stats, then pay again for level 12 to get your 1 in 4 shot at a speed upgrade, you are going to run out of credits in a matter of days.
yea, my reading comprehension isnt great, i was sure they said all stats would be revealed at the start before we had to invest anything in the mod. they did say the before part, but not the revealed part lol.
so in essence you still dont know which mod is worth investing in until after you have. so on top of not really changing anything in that regard, its essentially a massive nerf to all non gold mods and thats it. BUT you could slice the nerfed ones to maaybe get back to where they would have been or very unlikely make them even better.
The mods you have now keep the stats that they have and any that were not tier A to start with will get the ability to be sliced which could upgrade the existing stats?
Is there a chance they could change it so you don't get a stat bump on green, blue and purple till all stats are revealed? Sure however we all know dev posts are not clear on what they plan and they even went back to change the road ahead to say
By revealing the secondary stats prior to slicing the secondary stats, we’re trying to give players the choice whether they want to invest in a mod before spending anything on it.
So it sounds to me like the leveling parts with credits will not change, stats will bump and show as they currently do. We are just getting a new aspect to be able to get 4 secondary stat bumps on every mod regardless of tier
Green 1 with credits 3 with slicing
Blue 2 with credits 2 with slicing
Purple 3 with credits 1 with slicing
Gold 4 with credits
That said I am leveling all my green, blue and purples on the off chance that they change something with it because it is cheap to do so
