Stealth capping Kessel rewards

Ya'll replaced the 5% discount with Kessel.. And that's cool.

BUT, without it being stated anywhere that I can find you have capped the Kessel resets at 10x?

Is the monthly reset going to be retroactive? This is pretty greasy.
