Still can't change auto raid settings

Question

My Guild wanted to try HSTR today but we are set to automatically launch T6. I saw a lot of posts about this in March but no answers.
We are still not able to finish T6 before we have enough tickets to autolaunch. If we abandon the raid before we have enough tickets to auto then are unable to finish Heroic we will lose two raids worth of tickets. @CG_SBCrumb are there any answers for this?

If it takes you guys 3-4 days to clear t6, you probably aren't ready for heroic yet.

But that being said, when a new raid launches, go ahead and abandon it. Then change the settings to not auto launch. Then contact customer support to ask for a refund of the tickets due to the issue.

Count on not finishing hstr the first time,  especially with having too many tickets in the bank from t6 runs

@CG_SBCrumb @CG_Carrie We contacted EA help after abandoning raid to try to recover lost raid tickets and were told only game developers could refund raid tickets after they escalated case to specialist team. Case # 48593114.
