Still not able to get rewards from Jabba event

I have been dealing with this issue since late August, I am one ultimate mat away from unlocking Jabba’s ultimate ability. I am not able to get this item due to the event being bugged. Now the event shows it’s complete, and no longer giving rewards. I have made several conversations with the help desk and keep getting told that the event is fixed, just reinstall, and do the event again. I have tried all of these and nothing changes. This is incredibly frustrating. All I am asking for is for my last ultimate mat. This issue has been incredibly frustrating, there have been multiple GAC and TW where I have not been able to use Jabba fully, this issue has also prevented me from working toward the other GLs for my roster, without a fix I will not have enough ultimate mats to use one of them fully.
