For once the answer doesn't seem to be "August!"
They've got a lot to rebalance and a lot of UI to test. We don't need modgate 2.0, nor would I want to transfer all my god mods from one hero to the next only to find a bug which loses them. I'm anxious for the update too, but that's tempered with the nervousness of "what will they break this time".
