But don't you have to do that anyway with autofill? Except first you have to clear out the team of complete randos that only represent your highest characters.

I don’t see it myself. But then I haven’t loaded a team for an Assault Battle for years. 

I have, however, had to deselect characters from undermanned raid teams dozens and dozens of times. That is much more trouble than it needs to be. 

Darjelo, you need to complete the tiers before you can sim them.

Autofill requires clicking once each to get them out.

No autofill requires hunting through your characters, including the use of applying filters and then scrolling through those filters, then selecting them. 

Autofill is much less trouble.

Can you not sim those assault battles?

I’m with OP. Autofill is more often an inconvenience than any form of help.

I can - Assault Battles.

If I had to manually put in the Peridea Pals, I’d be annoyed.

If my CLS team wasn’t autofilled for Military Might, I’d be even more annoyed.

I say this kindly - pay more attention to the ships/characters you choose. Autofill is quite often more useful than no autofill.
