Stop autoloading characters in Territory Battles!

CG, please, with sugar on top. Stop auto loading characters in TB. It is ridiculous that we have to deal with this when trying to start a mission in TB. I'm guessing it's been said about 10,000 ti...

Could also stop it in GC when you are trying to get the undersized feat...
