from what I hear all the basic fleet masterries are there for people who don't have them at 7* they just decided not to clutter up the events of those who already have them at 7
I have them all at 7* and I see Raddus and Finalizer all the time, probably because i am allow to redo the lower tiers which Home One, Endurance, and Excutrix do not have. Point still stands, i don't need to see them all the time, it just makes it harder for me to find events I can do. Same goes with the reruns of the Gungans and previously the reruns of the earlier Ahsoka marquee events.
Right now there are 8 total events in my page, only 1 of which (the new Glactic Challenge) is worth my time (and given it is a Jawa GC "worth my time" is a stretch)
